We made a reservation for a hotel in Las Vegas for February 13, 2001.
Unfortunately the day we had to travel it was snowing in the Cajon pass,
and there was no way to get to Vegas, everything was to standing still for
several hours. We returned and call back to cancel the reservation, a clerk
called Wayne assured us that because of the weather they would credit our
deposit.

We called the hotel and they also say it was OK and they wouldn't
charge, well three months later, no credit and a response from this
company, that they had a charge $50.00 for the cancellation, so actually
there was no money to credit. This company never mentioned there was a
charge for cancellation, hotels don't charge for cancelling, specially for
the reason mentioned above.

This company lied to us thru one of his
employees, and I feel we were ripped off and robbed. After this experience
I don't think I will ever use a Web service for this type of business, and
I will discourage anybody I can against doing business with you, unless you
make it right. We made reservations thru this company because we read the
following statement in their Web page:

"Hotel Reservations Network is a FREE service. There are no membership
fees or minimum night stays required. You can book accommodations
directly via the Internet at www.hoteldiscount.com or call HRN toll free at
1-800-964-6835;

The reservation was made under the name of:
Julia Arriaza
