On May 4th, I ordered flowers through the internet with an on-line company
called USA4flowers.com. Upon receiving the confirmation, I noticed that I
made a mistake on the delivery date and immediately requested it be changed
from May 16th to May 9th. I received an email confirmation that afternoon
confirming and accepting the change. Wednesday, May 9th came and went and
the flowers were never delivered. I contacted USA4flowers using their email
customer service and received a message with a phone number instructing me
to contact their customer service department direct.

I contacted the customer service department and explained to them that the flowers were
never delivered. The customer service agent apologized and stated that they
would be sent out immediately. To date the flowers have never been
delivered. I contacted USA4flowers again on May
8th, explained what had happened and asked them to cancel the order. They
stated that they would look into it and if the flowers had not already been
delivered they would cancel the order.

On the afternoon of the 9th I
received an email stating that I had requested a delivery date of May 16th
and they were going to deliver the flowers. I responded with a copy of
their confirmation accepting the delivery date change and again requested
that they cancel the order. They responsed telling me to call customer
service direct. I again sent an email message stating that I was simply
responding to their email and wanted the order cancelled. I just received
the following message.

This is an ordering email. If you continue to try to cancel your order
through this method, you will be charged $10.95 every time, and for the
times you have already tried.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get through to their customer service
department - the line is always busy. I do not know who to turn to. There
are no other phone numbers on tbeir web site. Do you have any suggestions?
I don't want other people to have to go through the same unprofessionalism
that I have experienced.
