My complaint is late shipping and unresponsive customer service.<P>I am attaching documentation of a purchase of shampoo that took over a month to receive, and only after 3 separate phone calls, once weekly, and intervention by my credit card company. <BR>I have still not received acknowledgement from the company owner/manager of my problem and suggestions to resolve these problems in the future.<BR>Please just make the public aware of caution in dealing with this company.<P>Thanks,<BR>Stephen D.
