Netflip promised to give me $4.00 for making my first purchase at Half.com through their site. I made the purchase on 2/20/2001, and have been trying ever since to get the credit for it. I have contacted them by email repeatedly, and have even forwarded the confirmation notice from<BR>Half.com, and have still not heard from them.<BR>Netflip promises a prompt reply to email about problems, and this is patently a lie, since they have never even acknowledged received my email, much less fixing the problem.
