When I contacted biore (Andrew Jergens company <IMG SRC="http://www.screwedcentral.com/ubb/wink.gif"> They could have cared less. <P>They basically said I did something wrong. I did exactly what the directions said. All they said to me is we will send you a coupon. (Oh yes please send me a coupon so I can ruin my face more with your awful product.)
