A||N||0||missma||Bad Road Runner service|||||| Z||000000||missma||05-12-2001||09:09 PM||missma@excite.com||I have had Time Warner Road Runner for my computer access and since they have a monopoly in my area i have no other choices.The service recieved has been 90% rude and customer service issues are never attended to.I hate paying for service under these conditions.I have sent in numerous complaints and have files(over 50) of issues and problems never answered.

These date back to Jan 2001 and for being a TWC customer for years seems to mean nothing to them.When will customers get serviced and not lied to by posting false ads regarding "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and trained/responsible representatives their payroll?
