Z||000000||payback||04-28-2001||12:49 PM||||Compass Benifits club is a total rip off. A sales person calls and offers you a credit card with a great offer. After paying the anual fee and proccessing fee , you are sent only a booklet. You never receive a credit card (which is what you are led to beleive that you are paying for). The customer servcice is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. After being on hold forever with them , nothing is ever solved. They promise to request a refund for you, but it never happens. I know there are others who have been ripped off my Compass too. If you've been ripped off by them please file a complaint to the Better Business Bereau in Florida. This site is a great way to expose business's.
