Somehow they managed to construct and deliver my "custom designed" piece in only 2 weeks after I ordered it. This included construction, shipping, delivery, etc. The piece arrived with cushions overstuffed, crooked seams, broken connectors, etc. The list goes on. Their customer service department ignored me until I sent them a 10-day Small Claims Action notice. They then sent out an individual from "Furniture Rescue" to evaluate my piece and make recommendations. The fellow from FR agreed that my sectional was a mess, but warned me that Krause's would likely continue to ignore my service request. He was right. At this point in time I am out almost $4000 that I spent more than 3 years saving and my living room looks like hell. I also found complaints at <A HREF="http://www.baddealings.com." TARGET=_blank>www.baddealings.com.</A>  Krause's is in the business to rip their customers off. If you are considering buying furniture from them, please be wise and go to another store. The address I've listed for their company is for their corporate offices. They have 91 stores nationwide, in addition to many other stores under the name of Castro Convertibles.<BR>||65.35.32.190||reg||
