Z||000000||MARTI754||04-22-2001||09:22 PM||marti754@aol.com||HI, After eating and drinking at the Kitano hotel/restaurant i noticed that when i got the bill there was more charges than i expected. i guess the waiters/waitresses/servers may not get paid that well so tehy add service charges and gratuities without explanation. This happened to my friend as well as me and other places as well do this. I do not think the company would like this policy to be going on and if they do no this shame on them. The receipts should be looked at, or the management should adress this to the waiters in a meeting or something. Well Thanks for you ears and eyes.. ||205.188.192.29||reg||
